Last week, I visited the AJM lingerie factory in New Tredegar. The factory is a converted chapel and creates lingerie for companies such as Agent Provocateur. I am hoping to include lingerie in my final university collection, so this visit was really beneficial. It was really interesting to find out how lingerie is produced and see the amount of work that goes into these pieces. AJM Sewing are also keeping the lingerie trade alive in the United Kingdom, and it was a pleasure to be able to see how it all works. Thanks to Jayne and James for showing me around.
