Circus Show Girl

Lately I've been really inspired by show girls and circus acts, especially ones of the past. I have been basing a lot of my fashion work and designs on circus and fairgrounds, which I shall post soon. I worked the other night for a big top circus selling tickets so I decided to dress up a little bit (the perks of working at the theatre). I wore a netted pillbox hat with red feathers and added stars to my usual make up.

A modern take on the 1960s with influences from 1970s and 1980s two tone movement. Piled up beehives, thick black eyeliner, mini skirts, buttoned up shirts, loafers and stacks of records.
